John Legend ft. Andre 3000: “Green Light”
Another day. Another music video. Another really catchy song. Enjoy.
R.I.P. Diddy’s Jet
See? This little economic problem our government has gotten us in, you know, the one that forces people to work two jobs just to stay current on their bills, well it’s begininng to effect some of our most degenerate classes: the wealthy.
Yes, the rich are hurting. One miliionaire in particular, Diddy, well, he has to travel coach now. I know! Coach! The high gas prices have forced the mogul to ground his jet.
On the crisis, Diddy says: “Gas prices are too motherf*cking high. I’ve been flying back and forth to LA pursuing my acting career. If I fly back and forth twice a month, that’s like $250,000 round trip. I’m back on American Airlines now… And I’m in coach!”
We all feel for you, Diddy. We really do. Syke.
YSL creates another manifesto; I’m still not sure what it is
Last season, some brave and probably low-paid souls plastered tons of Kate Moss’ ads for YSL in major cities across the world.
The glossy fashion initiative went under the title “Manifesto,” which is a pretty grand name considering its not so ground-breaking delivery.
But whatever, it’s now Naomi’s turn to take the trip to Paris, New York, London, Milan, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, I mean, her face will, at least.
Starting September 6th, the first 5,000 folks in those fashion capitals who can sprint to a YSL the fastest will get the Manifesto style publication and a tote designed by Stefano Pilati.
Since most of us have those untimely jobs that make us admire YSL’s totes from a far, there will be a behind-the-scneces video of Naomi’s shoot for YSL available on the brand’s site Sept. 6th.
Technical Difficulties
We’ve been slacking lately, but it’s not our fault! Our internet doesn’t want to work. At all. However, everything should be fixed by Friday. Until then, check in and fall in love with our shortened blogging schedule.

“The Yves Saint Laurent fall show in Paris showcased Stefano Pilati’s designs and a pout of death, (see left). Now, black lip gloss — most recently spotted on Rachel McAdam’s on the cover of the New York Times T magazine — has become all the rage and made kissing a rather messy affair. ” — Black lipstick, eh, not so much. From LA Times.
Bad news: The platform my blog uses won’t allow me to embed any of the videos from the eleventh season of America’s Next Top Model.
