Rogan or another in-house collection?!
Back in March, designer Gregory Rogan told a Chicago newspaper the his line with Target was going to be comprised of organic swimwear.
Considering the eco-friendly designer had just won the prestigious CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award, we were initially stunned by the news. But since his pieces for his mainline were so sleek, we assumed that the sameĀ cool aesthetic would be translated through his diffusion line with Go International.
And were we ever wrong.
A few images from the collection have linked onto the internet and they’ve got Target’s Private Label collection looking like something fun and flirty from Alice & Olivia.
There’s not four, three, two, one, but ZERO options worth fleeing to Target’s online store to purchase. Everything — from the leopard print shorts to the plaid separates — are probably already in your closet if you ever frequented Forever21 or Wetseal in your youth.
This collection isn’t offensive as say the way everything made by Christian Audigier seems to be, but it’s definitely a major disappoint considering its following the adorable dresses and bohemian top by Jovovich – Hawk.
